Overall, a pleasant stay!
The location was good, walking distance to Hakata station. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was perfect. One can pick up the toiletries they want.
The room was a bit old and lacked basic functions (like tea.coffee making facilities) - although there were vending machines on the floor. Soundproofing was a bit inadequate, as one can hear the noises outside.
